Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. Creating an account and your first property is free, with no credit card required.

Can I manage more than one property?

Yes — add as many as you need from the property switcher, each with its own bookings, tenants, and settings, all under one login.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click Forgot password? on the login page, enter your email, and you'll get a reset link that's valid for 1 hour.

Can tenants sign leases online?

Yes. Send a lease directly from an approved application, and the tenant (and any co-signers) can review and sign it electronically — no printing or scanning.

How do rent reminders work?

Once you configure reminder and late-notice timing in Tenant Settings, Rentquill automatically emails tenants ahead of their due date and again if a payment is late — no manual follow-up needed.
